One Agency Gungahlin joins the Canberra real estate landscape

Canberra has welcomed a new real estate agency to the mix: One Agency Gungahlin.

While the name is new, the team will be familiar to people around town, having previously operated under the business name Multi-Dynamic in Mawson.

One Agency Gungahlin provides residential and commercial real estate services in both the ACT and NSW, and despite the name change, One Agency Gungahlin Principal Yubi Baral says people can still expect the same level of service the team has built a reputation for.

“Our independent team remains focused on delivering the highest level of service to our clients, with the support of Australia’s fastest-growing real estate network,” he says.

“We have grown our roots from a boutique agency to an internationally recognised real estate brand yet have not outgrown our founding philosophy for meeting the individual concerns and needs of each of our clients.”

Yubi was born and raised in Nepal, then lived and worked in India and Dubai before moving to Australia, first settling in Sydney, then making Canberra his home in 2018 with his family. His career in real estate spans five years so far, but he also has 15 years of sales and marketing experience under his belt.

Given Yubi’s international background, One Agency Gungahlin has a strong focus on catering to all different cultures and the local community, to ensure everyone feels right at home.

“I strongly believe learning about different cultures is very important. This enhances our quality of life and increases overall wellbeing for both individuals and communities that we serve. We live in a vibrant multicultural country where we are connecting with each other on a day-to-day basis, helping each other to achieve our life goals,” says Yubi.

“As a part of [our] Nepalese background, we pride ourselves on speaking multiple languages such as Nepalese, English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu to serve our diverse community as a whole. As an agency, we began to focus mainly on the Nepalese community. Our goal is to expand our business not only with the Nepalese community but also with every other community that we serve.”

Yubi and his family, including his beautiful twins, are Gungahlin locals, and enjoy the vibrant lifestyle, location, and convenience of the area.

He has signed two franchise offices with One Agency for now, with one now open in Gungahlin and another due to open next year in the Gungahlin district, with plans for further expansion.

“Our vision is to expand more offices in another part of Canberra as a whole in near future.”
