Canberra’s newest agency is ready to go to MRKT

There’s a new agency in town, although the faces are not-so new.

Local agents Justin Ingram and Jess Kercher are combining their 30 years local property experience together for brand new agency, MRKT Property.

“Jess and I started MRKT Property, as we wanted to use the positive examples of what we have learned, and in some cases less positive, from other brands and agencies to create something that everyone can feel a part of,” says Justin.

“I have been connected with various franchises and with that, comes fixed designs, fixed concepts and no real avenue to be creative. Jess and I wanted to use both our knowledge and experience to create a brand and culture where people feel valued and where you can have a crazy idea and possibly implement it.”

As dual principals, Justin brings ample sales experience, including 13 years in real estate, while Jess’ background is in both sales and property management.

“Jess and I decided to team up together as we have the same passion to create a brand and culture, but we also have some very different skillsets,” says Justin.

“We both believe that we can learn a lot from each other and also grow as agents at the same time. Jess is a phenomenal property manager and her work ethic is off the charts, so I knew that I would have a business partner that is as passionate about succeeding as I am.”

They're backed by an enthusiastic team, and together, MRKT Property services sales, property management and project marketing, with a dedication to guiding their clients through the minefield of property sale, procurement or leasing.

As a team, they have expertise across all of Canberra, with established properties and projects coming up for sale in Molonglo, Belconnen and the Inner North.
