Having cut her professional teeth as a paid charity fundraiser for two years while completing her Event and Tourism Management degree at the University of Canberra, Victoria is no stranger to hard work and persistence.

Her fundraising stint laid the foundation for an exceptional understanding of the varied
motivations that drive people to part with their hard-earned money. Victoria now draws on her astute observations to craft persuasive and compelling negotiation points on behalf of her real estate clients, initially for two years working in Ray White Canberra’s property management team, and more recently as a sales consultant with agent Andrew Lonsdale’s high-performing team.

An early riser who is diligent, systematic and always positive, Victoria is adept at planning and executing highly effective campaigns and sales events. She is also extremely empathetic, making sure that all her clients feel welcomed, valued, and reassured that their property is in good hands. Described by those who work closely with her as a sensible and sensitive human who is conscientious and who forms real relationships, Victoria’s well-grounded traits likely stem from her country-NSW upbringing with business-owning parents who instilled in her the importance of basic customer courtesies, like listening to people and providing them with personal attention.

Ever practical, Victoria’s weakness is water bottles. After amassing scores of them over many years of competitive netball, she’s always on the lookout in homes for new ideas on ways in which to store them.
