A lifelong resident of the local area, Tatum started her career in Real Estate with Holiday Rental Specialists and developed her professional strengths and experience over approx. 5 years here. Moving from Finance Manager to General Manager within the first year, and learning every facet of the business during that time, Tatum developed a broad range of skills that you’d look for in an agent, including conflict resolution, strong communication, attention to detail, and an impeccable work ethic, all allowing her to provide outstanding and efficient service to her clients.

Tatum applies her friendly attitude and positive mind set to every situation- her determination and engaging approach the building blocks for some remarkable client relationships.

Employed as part of Gene Fairbanks’ Sales Team at Ray White Bowral, Tatum has spent the past 2-3 years further developing her professional qualities and strengthening her negotiation skills, to give our clients peace of mind and maximum results on both sale and investment properties.
