Located in the heart of brand new suburb Strathnairn, Strathnairn Charity House is a stunning home that’s been built by the kindness of Canberra. The ultra-modern property will be auctioned in March 2023, with all proceeds going to ACT-based charities.
Strathnairn Charity House is built entirely from donated material and time, led by an all-female construction team from KANE Constructions. It’s the vision of Master Builders ACT and Ginninderry Joint Ventures, and proceeds from the auction will benefit Hands Across Canberra (for distribution to Karinya House), Pegasus Riding for the Disabled and Canberra City Care.
The sales campaign is also female-led, with agents from home.by holly, Ray White Canberra, MARQ Property and LJ Hooker donating their services to market the home prior to auction.
