Rebecca Hallam - Operations Manager
I am the backbone of the office, managing the operations side of Carter + Co. In the 8 years I have worked as support for a Real Estate team I’ve come to know a lot! If I don’t have the answer, my team knows I can reliably source it very quickly.
This level of back up ensures they can perform their roles to the highest standard, and for me, is incredibly fulfilling. Who doesn’t love to be needed!
My performance is supported by my Business Cert III and Diploma of Leadership and Management. I love growing and learning in my role, which is why I am also currently studying a Diploma of Accounting.
Outside of the office, I spend most of my time with my family & friends. I strongly value a healthy work/life balance, which is why I now work with Carter + Co.
