Phil Lamotte - Director - Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant

Phil brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Fitzpatricks Real Estate team, having previously worked as a Residential Sales Consultant in the late 1990s. After a successful career spanning regional and national roles with multinational companies, as well as owning small businesses, Phil is delighted to return to Fitzpatricks Real Estate. This time, he joins the Commercial team as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant.

With his extensive professional background, Phil understands the value of building and nurturing strong working relationships. He prioritizes the needs and desires of his clients, ensuring their best interests are always represented. Phil’s genuine care for his clients shines through in his work, making him a trusted advisor and advocate.

Beyond his real estate endeavors, Phil has a passion for motorcycle sport. He is a life member of the Wagga Wagga Motorcycle Sports Club and actively participates as a coach and casual competitor. As a member of the Wagga Classic Motorcycle Club, Phil also indulges in his love for collecting and riding older motorcycles. His enthusiasm for motorcycles reflects his adventurous spirit and adds an extra layer of passion to his life outside of work.
