Jess Tutt - Property Manager & Licensed Agent

Jess’ childhood and schooling commenced in country Victoria before venturing to the big city – Melbourne, where she spent 10 years working in residential and commercial real estate. Her journey through real estate, love of meeting new people and working in a client service-based industry are complementary. Property management is a perfect opportunity for Jess to utilise all her competences to create a positive lasting impression on people she interacts with.

Jess comes from a background in real estate with her dad owning an agency in country Victoria, where she got her start and developed her passion. Her knowledge and experience in property management makes her a valued member of the team and provides significant strength to the already successful department. Jess likes to leave all clients happy and satisfied with the service, support, and resolutions she provides. She is excited to take on this new and exciting role where she can grow with the team and mesh with the Luton family. Jess is determined to grow her career in the real estate/property industry and believes there’s no better place in Canberra to do that than at Luton Properties.

Jess enjoys hobbies and interests outside of work which include walking her Bernese Mountain dog Minnie, Pilates, spending time with her daughter and watching her husband play football (go Ainslie).
