Embarking on her journey from the ground up, Janaya commenced her tenure with Ray White Canberra at the Reception desk. This invaluable experience was the cornerstone of her career, endowing her an intimate understanding of the real estate industry and the esteemed Ray White ethos.
Janaya naturally assumed a proactive role on Reception, excelling in her responsibilities and mentoring and training numerous new staff members. Her efforts set a new benchmark for our front-of-house operations, leaving an indelible mark on our office's welcoming ambience.

After mastering her responsibilities on Reception and achieving certification through the Real Estate Registration course, Janaya embraced a pivotal role as a Customer Care specialist.
