Max finds immense satisfaction in relationship building, business development, marketing services, and sales, which, combined with the dynamic nature of the field, aligns with his appetite for continuous learning and adaptability.

A firm believer in collaborative efforts, Max honed his skills in effective communication and teamwork over the course of his career, which includes customer service and marketing stints in the hospitality, automotive, fitness, and real estate industries. He also takes pride in his project management experience for renovations, with valuable time spent project managing kitchen and bathroom renos. He considers these diverse experiences, alongside his mien for teamwork and effective communication, all essential elements of achieving success in his new role.

Outside of work, Max enjoys embracing his passions. He's an avid cook, licenced boxing personal trainer, and former professional skateboarder and snowboarder. A young father, he relishes watching his daughter grow and develop, and looks forward to inspiring her to achieve her dreams as he pursues his.
