Three bedrooms design types in G+

G+ introduces three different designs options. These are a great alternative to the maintenance of a free-standing home, with two bathrooms, two car spaces and the added convenience of lift access to the retail/commercial facilities located on the ground floor. All are in corner positions on Level 2 or Level 3.

Type O design, two units on Level 3, offers 116m2 internal space and 35m2 total across two balconies. Features include a segregated main bedroom, a bath in the main bathroom and plenty of extra storage in the entry hall.

Type L design, two units on Level 2 and two on Level 3, has a larger internal space, 127m2, and a single balcony of 18m2 size. The U-shaped kitchen and generous dining area make entertaining a breeze. The main bedroom has a walk-through wardrobe, and this design has a separate full laundry room with plenty of room for storage.

Type K units are the largest in the G+ development, with 143m2 internal and 41m2 total external space across two balconies. The two units are located on Level 2, with north-facing living and outdoor areas.
The large main bedroom has a built-in desk/dressing table, an ample walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and balcony access. The generous second bedroom also has a built-in desk and balcony access. The third bedroom adjoins the main bathroom, which has a bath as well as a shower. There is plentiful extra storage in the entry hall.

G+ comprises 50 units, and with 10 different unit styles it's easy to find what suits you, whether you want a 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed, or loft apartment. The new build offers diversity by design - choose from north, south, east, or west aspects; large, small or dual balconies; one car space or two; first, second or third floor location. Customise your living spaces with a choice of two palettes - light and dark.

In addition to providing outstanding residences, G+ is designed to return a much-needed commercial and shopping heart to Giralang. The entire ground floor will be occupied by a range of tenancies which will offer residents easy access to shopping, dining, retail and other facilities. An existing 24-hour 7-Eleven is located in the adjoining street.
