ONE BEDROOM DESIGNS
G+ offers two different single-level designs. Each has one bedroom, one bathroom, a balcony, one car space.

Type H design suits those who love to be out and about for entertaining and travelling, but still like to be able to enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony. Located on Level 1, these two units each have an internal area of 58m2, and a balcony of 9.5m2, which is accessible from the bedroom as well as the living areas.

Type D will suit those who love outdoor entertaining and relaxing at home. The 30m2 balcony space is represents a fabulous outdoor living space at 50% the size of the indoor area.
