This magnificent specimen of Queen Anne Federation architecture was built between 1913-1914 and one of the only of its era constructed with brick. The silica white bricks are rumoured to have arrived in Moruya as ballast for the ships transporting granite back to build the Harbour Bridge.
Brick "quoins" add an interesting façade coupled with the timber and fretwork of the gables. The roof is glazed terracotta and there are verandahs to the side, back and rear. Inside has been recently renovated and there is a sweet detached studio with bathroom. 1029 sqm and one block from town centre.
