Giovanni made sure the house was made from the best materials at the time, and had all the modern appliances installed for wife Maria.“It&#x27;s a very solid house, double brick, concrete slab, terracotta tiles, hardwood formed roof, not trusses like they do these days. So it&#x27;s got all the good stuff in it,” Wally says.The original mid-century features are straight from the set of an Italian version of Mad Men.
