This is a magnificent family holiday home located in one of the best positions in Malua Bay. Just a minute walk to Malua Bay Beach which is fully patrolled during the summer months, local shops and cafes.

The property has large bright living areas offering ocean glimpses from each room. With the downstairs level providing large comfortable lounge, kitchen and meals area for 6 guests as well as a separate formal dining room to seat 8 guests. An internal laundry is available with extra bathroom. The kitchen and lounge look out onto the large back garden which is fully fenced. Outside furniture and a BBQ is provided for all guests to enjoy. There is an outside shower for when you return from the beach.

Upstairs there is a large deck overlooking the back garden with comfortable furniture to sit back and enjoy. There are four large bedrooms all with plush carpet. There is an ensuite in the main bedroom with another large bathroom upstairs with a bath tub.

One of the bedrooms is set as a nursery room and provides a cot, spare mattress and rocking chair. There is also a high chair and porta cot available should you require.

$500.00 bond required.
