A family who purchased a five-bedroom home in Nicholls in 2020 have walked away with a $475,000 profit after it broke the suburb and Gungahlin region record on the weekend.The <a href="https://zango.com.au/sale/10-wendy-ey-place-nicholls-act-2913-55157/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">home at 10 Wendy Ey Place</a> achieved a sales price of $2,500,000 on Saturday, with two registered bidders battling it out to purchase the rare offering. The bidding started at $2m and went up in $100,000 increments until bidding hit the $2.3m mark.
