Chris says the block, which comes in at just under four hectares, would suit a range of lifestyles.

“At 3.69 hectares, it fits in very nicely for those that want to have a self-sufficient lifestyle but not be on such a large property that it becomes onerous to maintain,” he says.

“It’s a productive block that allows you to have space for your veggie gardens, your orchards and a few cows, sheep or horses.”

The home comes with a three-bay American-style barn built in 2022, a kitchen/seed store and wood store, a picturesque old granary, and stables with a tack room and chook shed.
