A three-bedroom, two-bathroom fixer-upper listed on Zango for the first time ever in June has been purchased by The Bachelor Season 5’s Matty J and Laura as a major renovation project.The celebrity couple bought <a href="https://zango.com.au/sale/55-south-pacific-crescent-ulladulla-nsw-2539-101286/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">the dilapidated coastal property</a> – known as Chante Mer, or ‘Song of the Sea’ – on Ulladulla&#x27;s South Pacific Crescent for $2.19 million.<img alt="55-south-pacific-crescent-ulladulla-nsw-2539-101286-image-0-2024051706_oz8zJRn-crop-c0-5__0-5-1600x750" class="richtext-image full-width" height="375" src="https://d2t3vhau9g43uy.cloudfront.net/media/images/55-south-pacific-crescent-ulladulla-nsw-2539-1.width-800.png" width="800">“It’s a little glass house on the seaside, filled with stories and history that had been locked up and empty for the past two years,” the couple said on Instagram.With incredible panoramic ocean views and located on a 746sqm block of land, there were rumours the house would simply be knocked down.
