1.How will I know if I've won?

2.How many entries are allowed?
Entry is limited to one per person, so there is no need to submit multiple entries.
3.Which properties can I use the prize on?
Any residential property in the ACT or Queanbeyan region listed on Zango is eligible for the prize. So, if you have your eye on a listing or are thinking of listing your property, be sure it's on Zango so you do not miss out!
4.Is the deposit in Cash?
No. This is not a cash giveaway. If you are the winner of this promotion your deposit will be transferred into the nominated trust account of the advertising agency.
5.Can I buy a property not advertised on zango.com.au?
No, you cannot.
6.Do I need to have financing approved to enter?
You do not need to have financing approved when you enter but we encourage you to reach out to either of our broker partners, Loan Market Canberra or Nectar Mortgages. The finalist selected will need to be approved for financing in order to use the prize.
7.Can I buy the property with my partner?
Yes, you can. However the deposit will only be for one of you.
