A fully licensed agent in both the ACT and NSW Tim has a philosophy to have he and his team armed with the absolute best training and resources in the industry. Including he himself recently completing cutting edge training to become a liveability real estate specialist in order that he can maximise the results for his clients by fully understanding how to identify market and promote the benefits from the liveability features of their properties.

Moving to Canberra from Katoomba in the Blue Mountains in 1993 Tim commenced work with the McDonalds Corporation. In a short time Tim became one of Canberra’s most decorated store managers. Working in management and training Tim's qualifications gave him the exciting opportunity to work around the world in such places as Austria, South America & Antarctica! Tim worked as a professional magician and clown since the age of 15, demonstrating true entrepreneurial flair from a young age starting his own successful entertainment business 'The Bubble Factory'

Joining L.J.Hooker in 2001 Tim's extremely strong work ethic, enthusiasm, never say die attitude, sheer determination, and diverse background in world business and customer service has stood him in good stead. He is an excellent communicator and proven negotiator.
