- Listed as the number 1 sales team (partnered with Annabelle) for the Belconnen District by realestate.com.au for the 2018 – 2020 period
- Secured thirteen suburb sale records in his career. Aranda, Evatt (four times achieved), Florey, Flynn, Holt, McKellar (twice achieved), Scullin and Weetangera (twice achieved).
- Sold the second highest sale price for the Gungahlin district in 2019
- Secured the first million-dollar sale in history for McKellar and Evatt
- Secured the first sale in history over $1,500,000 for an established house in the Belconnen district, that did not back onto a reserve

Tim McInnes is widely regarded as one of the most successful agents in North Canberra, beginning his career in 2007. Starting out as a humble personal assistant to an agency owner, he made his way up through the ranks in one of North Canberra’s largest real estate agencies. In 2010, he was head hunted to become a co-director at another one of Canberra’s most successful agencies, where he helped build a strong sales and property management business over nine years.

With their increasing success, Tim and his wife Annabelle reached a crossroads, and made the decision to branch out and create Timothy Road after having a vision to create a specialist company that focuses solely on the established market. Timothy Road is an exclusive company with a completely different structure to your typical real estate model. It is a company that lets homeowners know that it will only manage the sale of a specific number of homes at any one time. It is a brand that knows what it values and who it represents.

Outside real estate Tim considers himself a family man who is passionate about fitness and travel. He looks to be an example for his young son in his day-to-day actions, and considers any past or present success he has accomplished, to be a direct consequence of being married to his inspiring wife, Annabelle.
