This was the second property Phyllis sold for me.  Fortunately Phyllis' great help in arranging tradesmen and the required inspections prior to the ACT Covid lockdown made the prep work of the property easy,  When Covid restrictions intervened just as the property went to market, Phyllis' innovation, persistence and hard work resulted in her being able to secure sufficient interest to enable an 'online' auction to be held only one day later than the originally planned auction.  The result achieved was a price far in excess of my expectations.
