Hi I am Nick. I believe that when looking for an agent you have two choices, one is to choose the general practitioner who may know a little about everything, or the second option is to choose the specialist in that area. The specialist will have a greater knowledge of their market, a greater database full of buyers and know how to market each property to suit what these buyers are looking for. For me, I am a specialist in the Inner South. I have sold more properties in Barton and Kingston over the past twelve months when compared to any other agent.



Having joined our family business in 2011 after finishing school at Canberra Grammar and having worked in all areas of the business, I have a very well rounded approach to real estate including a degree in construction which allows me to have a great knowledge of new buildings and renovations.
