Claudia has been a valuable member of the LJ Hooker Belconnen Property Management Team since 2011. Beginning her career in real estate as a Leasing Consultant, screening tenants and matching them with the right property was Claudia’s forte, as well as maintaining occupancy rates and positive returns for our landlords.
A high achiever with an in depth knowledge of property management procedures, legislation and rental market trends, Claudia quickly progressed to her current role as Property Investment Manager. She truly loves her job and the responsibility that comes with it. With an exceptional work ethic, a strong customer focus and an organised, reliable nature, Claudia consistently delivers positive results for her landlords.
