A life-long Canberra local, Chris grew up in Woden and Weston Creek. He has lived in Garran with his wife and four kids for the past 23 years.

Chris bought Cream Residential with his father in 1997 and has been running the business independently since 2007. During this time, Chris has sold thousands of homes throughout the Canberra region.

As a Canberra native with more than three decades of real estate experience, he has an unparalleled understanding of the Canberra real estate market. He is a well-respected and trusted agent who also serves as a board member of the Real Estate Institute of the ACT. In 2021 & 2022, Chris was awarded the No 1. Agent in the suburbs Hughes & Garran. Partnering alongside his individual awards, Cream Residential also won the Hughes and Garran No 1. Agency award.

Chris provides honest appraisals and expert advice on the best way to sell homes-whether it's at auction, private treaty or negotiation. Chris's friendly and organised approach has endeared him to many loyal and appreciative clients over the years.

When Chris isn't selling homes, he spends his time running trails around Red Hill, playing golf, and supporting the community.
