Charlie Nussio is a breath of fresh air in a crowded real estate market!
Born in Adelaide, Charlie spent most of his childhood there before moving to Canberra and attending St Edmunds College. Graduating with high academic results, Charlie then entered the retail industry where he secured a management role with an international retail brand. Whilst in this position, Charlie further
developed his natural leadership and organisational skills proving to be a reliable and successful manager.

Upon entering the real estate industry, Charlie has been involved in all facets of listing & selling real estate. He has developed advanced skills in negotiating & understanding buyer psychology along with assisting
people in purchasing their first or subsequent property.

With an eager ambition to succeed, coupled with the desire to provide premium service to his clients , Charlie offers an upfront, honest & enthusiastic customer experience. The Real Estate industry is evolving at a rapid pace & every day Charlie challenges himself to do things better. This involves consistent training & personal development, striving to be among the top 5% of industry experts.

In the limited time away from real estate, Charlie enjoys attempting golf, playing social tennis & supporting his beloved Parramatta Eels.
