Bianca was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment she showed us the property to handover of keys at settlement. It was refreshing to be dealing with an agent who was so genuine, honest, open and transparent at all times. We came across the property close to the auction date, Bianca was more than happy to open the property out of the scheduled times for us and after a successful sale was very helpful making the property available for trades to quote work helping us be in a position to line up painting and new carpet on settlement. Bianca went above and beyond assisting the seller to clear the property in time for settlement, even doing trips herself to the tip.
