About Anthony Alvaro

Anthony's expertise is in Commercial Sales and Leasing for the Office and Metro markets, building his success through his ability to navigate through rapidly changing market trends to drive successful outcomes for his clients.

Offering over 2 decades of sales experience, he began his career as a Sales Consultant and quickly rose through the ranks to General Sales Manager working for the family business in the automotive industry. In 2017 he decided to follow his true passion and entered the real estate industry, initially focussing on Project Sales and the established residential market where he consistently sold over 90 properties per annum.

During this time he was involved in medium to large scale projects across the Canberra region whilst working with leading developers, selling to a wide range of buyers including investors, downsizers and first home buyers.

After a few successful years in the industry, Anthony joined Ray White Commercial Canberra where he proved to be a natural fit. In his first year as a Commercial Sales and Leasing agent, he exceeded expectations and received the Premier Member Award from the Ray White Group (awarded to the top 11% of agents internationally), and has continued on this trajectory.

Being commercially minded and drawing on his years of experience in the family business, Anthony has proven to have an aptitude for negotiating excellent results for his clients and has established a reputation as a trustworthy person.

As he is a people person by nature, he has continuously received a multitude of awards and acknowledgements for his high level customer service and professional approach.
