Andrew is an exceptional realestate agent, who goes above and beyond with all aspects of the sale process.  I first met Andrew whilst attempting to buy my first property in the ACT. Andrew was incredibly helpful and honest, Andrew always answered the phone to assist my queries and provided me with much additional information which was incredibly helpful as I was moving from interstate.  When I questioned Andrew about what price he felt the owner would accept, he handled himself in a very diplomatic manner ,(clearly working for the seller) ensuring I put my best offer forward whilst still  keeping my interest by pointing out the properties positives and justifying the value.  After dealing with Andrew, I kept a mental note that if I was ever to sell, he would be an exceptional agent that works for the seller whilst being friendly helpful and attentive to the buyer.

Having just sold my property Andrew did not disappoint,  Andrew took all of the stress out of the selling process, Andrew was professional and was always available to answer any questions I had, He organised a solicitor, the building and pest inspection and basically took care of everything. Andrew attended every appointment with his lovely team member Tahlia, including all home opens , which meant that there was two people available at all times to answer interested buyers enquires.  In a nutshell I cannot recommend Andrew and his team highly enough , Andrew and his team achieved suburb record sale for my property .
