Amaya Massis - Business Development Manager

With a wealth of knowledge and a passion for property management, Amaya Massis is one of our Senior members of the LJ Hooker team. With over 10 years of experience in real estate, she has
worked her way up from reception, to property management and is now the Business Development Manager at LJ Hooker Woden/Weston, making her expertise in legislation, understanding
investments and being aware of what it takes to manage property well invaluable to both our landlords and our team as a whole.

Amaya is a proactive and highly organized professional who always strives to exceed client expectations with her exceptional service. It has what has seen her have such a prolific career in this sector over the many years. In her role as our Business Development Manager, Amaya believes that a successful relationship with clients is built on patience, honesty, integrity, and transparency. Her dedication to meticulous attention to detail has positioned her and the LJ Hooker team as industry leaders in the dynamic and demanding field of property management.

Throughout her life, Amaya has lived in various vibrant cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, London, and the South of France. Her favourite hobby is horse riding, and she has had horses all her life, finding solace and joy in their company. She also has a Shih Poo called Albert, a Bordoodle named Tilly and a cat named Rumbles, creating a loving and lively household.
In her spare time, Amaya cherishes moments spent horse riding, enjoying the company of her partner and friends, or retreating to her coast house in Bermagui. Her best attributes include
empathy and a great sense of humour, as well as being bilingual which enable her to connect with others effortlessly.

Throughout her successful career, Amaya has developed a comprehensive understanding of the property profession. She provides leadership, guidance, and support to all our property managers, enabling them to deliver their best performance. With her knowledge and expertise, Amaya plays a vital role in the ongoing development and success of our property management arm and has a profound understanding of ensuring successful management of her client’s investments.
